Unfortunately, because of the city's traffic plan for the Chinatown Festival (also on August 13th), we are unable to have a full street closure. The city has decided that it is easier for them to divert southbound traffic from Spadina down Kensington Avenue.
We have done everything within our ability to avoid this scenario, but could not. Today's pedestrian zone will include Augusta from College to Denison Square Park, and Baldwin from Augusta to Kensington.
