IndieVillage Back Alley Cinema Joins P.S. Kensington

This summer, Pedestrian Sunday in Kensington Market will feature guerilla cinema showcasing independent film from around the world. The films will be screened in the alleys and lane ways of the Market on the last Sunday of every month, around 7pm.

VOLUNTEERS WANTED!

With our new expanded road closure area, we can use lots of extra hands to keep P.S. Kensington running smooth and brimming with fun! Come and become part of the gang--for three hours on the last Sunday of each month, you can help reclaim Toronto from the automobile and bring magic to the street.

Road Closure Expansion for P.S. Kensington's 5th Year, 2008.

Pedestrian Sundays in Kensington Market have filled a new corner of our hearts--specifically in the Nassau, South Augusta, and Baldwin chambers...This year we are pleased to announce that many new streets will be taking part in P.S. Kensington festivities.

AUGUSTA--The road closure wil begin right at Dundas, continuing north right to College, including a whole slough of business old and new in P.S. Kensington. This makes Wales and Denison Square aroung the park defacto no-traffic zones, but maintaining on-street parking for residents.
