In celebration of each of the four elements, today we honour fire, the sun, and the longest day of the year. We’ll crown the Sun King, dance to hot music, make sundials, and revel in the energy of the greatest, grandest fire there is, that gave life to everything on Earth—the sun!

Amid island music and a barrage of pirates, sailors, and fishermen, we’ll celebrate the magic of water, water conservation, and consciousness—write a message in a bottle, sing sea shanties, take the water challenge.

For the seventh anniversary of the memorable day when we all realized that we consume too much, we will celebrate by turning the lights out! All acoustic music, kid-powered fun, and community meals are what make remembering the blackout such a delight.

In contrast to the Toronto International Air Show, we fly messages of peace, blow horns and hot air, eat chili, blow bubbles and dance in the street.

In celebration of the bounty of the earth, we’ll exchange seeds, meet our farmers, and enjoy a feast of local foods, and learn a harvest dance.

We celebrate many global traditions that arise at this time of the year, when life retreats to a dormant state and we reflect on days passed and those who now exist in a realm beyond death. Stock up on some heartwarming fun to keep your soul strong for the winter ahead.
